Dept 56 Empire State Building Christmas in the City Lighted building. Part of the Historical Landmark Series. Comes in original box and Styrofoam. Box does have some tears on the top. This piece is fully functional the top turns 3 different colors, as seen in the pictures above. One of the prongs of the top of the building is off. This in no way affects the operation of this Beautiful piece. Also included 3 flags. 1 flag is missing. This piece was very proudly displayed in a very elaborate Dept. My Mom took great Pride and Care when it came to her Dept. I hope that you will too. This is a retired piece and VERY desirable to add to your collection. Please ask any questions.
