This is a listing for a long retired 2003 Department 56 – Christmas in the City Series Empire State Building. This great piece features options for different lighting colors for the top of the building. This piece is still brand new and never removed from the original styrofoam. It has been opened up only for pictures. Original box is also still in good / very good condition, but does show some minor signs of age and storage wear. This includes some edge and corner wear to the box as well as veins of creasing from a fold in the box top flap. There are also a few small edge tears on the top flap.
