The Conservatory stands 9 inches high x 9 1/2 inches long x 9 inches wide. It had never been displayed and is in very good new condition. I have found no chips or cracks. The detail is really great on this piece. It has been tested and is working well. The fountain inside the building lights with fiber optics. Also included is a bare branch tree , bag of snow and Christmas topiaries accessory piece. It would look great in your village display.
