RARE Department 56 Christmas in the City EMPIRE STATE BUILDING In BOX #59207. Rare and hard to find. I think it’s new in the box, It still has the plastic wrap on all the parts. Please see photo’s. I’m not 100 % sure if it’s new so I’m listing it as used. All the parts look to be in perfect condition. The box has a rip on one side as shown. All the paperwork was inside too.
