Department 56 Christmas in the City The Ed Sullivan Theater Sample. Retired Item #56.59233. Very rare CIC sample. Building is in mint condition and includes light. This may differ slightly from the retail production version. This comes in a plain white sleeve with writing on the front of the sleeve (see photos). The original box has some cracks in the Styrofoam and is taped. It still protect the build just fine. The original sample sleeve has heavy shelf wear, tears and dents (see photos).
