The building stands approx. 24 inches high x 8 inches long x 5 1/2 inches wide. It had been displayed and was well cared for. I have found no chips or cracks on the building. The detail is really great on this piece. It comes with it’s original light cord. All three light colors can change from red, green and white are working well. The top yellow spot lights are also working well. The top spire one of the little pegs came off, the glue had dried out when I placed it on to take the pictures, then took it off. It is included and can be glued back on but, I will leave that for you because my eyes aren’t what they use to be. The four little flags for the front and back of the building are included. It is a must have piece for your Christmas In The City display. It has been stored in a smoke free home. The paper box has a tear near the top that has been taped.
