Beautiful Department 56 Empire State Building Item #59207 Condition – please read carefully Building has no chips or cracks. Top spire is complete including the two tabs to connect it to the main part of the building. Inside 2 light bulb works perfectly. Top red, green, and white colors work well currently. Yellow lights on outside worked for a bit and then went out. Two flags are included. The original adapter and the light cord are included.
