I DO NOT KNOW WHO THE OTHER SIGNATURE IS BUT IT WAS ALSO SIGNED AT THAT CONFERENCE. MY FRIEND WAS A SERIOUS COLLECTOR. JUST COLLECTED AND STORED VALUED ITEMS.
