The building stands approx. 9 inches high x 7 1/2 inches long x 6 inches wide. It has been displayed and was well cared for. I have found the front lamp post is off? I’m really not sure if it should be or not but it can be glued back on but, I feel leaving it off will help to get it to you safer. It would look great in your Christmas In The City display. It has been stored in a smoke free home. The sleeve is in good clean condition, it does have minor wear on edges from storage.
