56 Christmas In The City Retired #56.59260 Flatiron Building. The building stands 14 inches high x 9 1/2 inches long x 5 inches at it’s widest. It has been displayed and is in very good condition. The paint is in good condition, there are no chips or cracks. It was retired in 2010. It is a great replica of one of the world’s most iconic skyscraper buildings and a quintessential symbol of New York City. The paper sleeve is clean. The detail is really nice, check out the pictures. Also included is Christmas garland to decorate the building that had never been used.
