This was a LARGE collection of Department 56. Christmas in the City series, North Pole series, Northwood series, and more!! I’m not sure if it was a dealer close out or a personal collection, but many of these items have all the original packaging so may be NEW or were used for display purposes in the store. IF there are any issues with items, those details will be noted in each listing. Many RARE or Hard to Find buildings and accessories!! This is your opportunity to add pieces to your collection! This listing: Parkside Holiday Brownstone. Comes with four pieces: the lighted building, “The Last String of Lights” accessory, one City Lit Bare Branch Tree (requires 2 “C” batteries not included or is AC/DC adaptable with Dept 56 #55026 not included), and one bag of Fresh Fallen Snow. NOTE: “The Last String of Lights” accessory has a broken dog. I did not want to attempt to glue it but think it can be repaired. NO other faults detected. Box with styrofoam and packaging materials. The 4 piece set includes the building and “Last String Of Lights” accessory, City Lit Bare Branch Tree with Battery adapter(lights up with 1 AA battery), and small bag of snow. The front porch light and rooftop tree are removable and stored separate in the box. Size: 4.75 x 6.25 x 9.25. Is in Good Clean condition. No chips cracks or fading colors. Lights all work as they should. Has a small light on the piece that goes in the front next to the door comes off for safe storage. Accessory tree has a battery pack or has a connection for an adapter, Power adapter not included. Comes with Styrofoam box and cardboard Box. The cardboard box has some ripped spots on the side.
