From Department 56’s Christmas In The City collection. Hand Numbered, Limited Edition of 10,000 pieces. This building is Number #01,182. 3-story bricked building with #D interior phonograph scene. Design elements include ironwork on balconies, gingerbread trim work, rosettes, and potted tree. Please take care to only handle by the solid porcelain sections of the building. Dealer’s display item from a glass-enclosed, display cabinet. Box / sleeve with minimal shelf wear unless otherwise noted. We recently received almost the entire Christmas in the City, Alpine Village, North Pole, Disney Parks Village series and other Dept 56 villages from a former dealer and serious collector who took great pride in her collection. 56 Christmas In The City #56.59259 “Downtown Radios & Phonographs”. It is in very good displayed condition. The store stands approx. 8 1/2 inches tall x 6 inches long x 5inches wide. The detail is great on this piece, it would be a great addition to your village display. Check out the gramophone record players in the front window. The light cord and sign is included. It is a hand numbered piece 06919/10,000. 56 collector and has been stored in a smoke free home. It comes in it’s original Styrofoam box the paper sleeve has some wear from age and storage.
