The issue with this piece is that it has a large chip in the canopy on the front. Looks like it may have a crack in it also. The crack would go up to where it said drugs. The box is in good shape but does not have a sleeve. The design was inspired by a store in Stillwater MN. Same mold was also used for the Christmas In The City’s Series Variety Store and Barber Shop.
