The Chrysler Building Dept 56 Christmas In The City Village W/Adapter 2013 & Box. Comes with original box and protective styrofoam. Box has some minor wear from storage. The point on top of the building appears to have been broken off? It could be glued in which I have not done. If you put the piece on top the building it does sit crooked depending on how you place it, otherwise it is not noticeable. Otherwise no chips or cracks or missing pieces anywhere else!
