Up for your consideration is. Department 56 Christmas in the City. #58945 building called “The University Club”. The classic exterior design of this building brings to mind the exclusive athletic club that offers a relaxed approach to working out with a spa, lounge, club room, and salon. But this club also offers squash, tennis, or you can swim laps in the pool. The building measures approximately 3.5″ long x 5.5″ wide x 9.5 tall. It comes in its original styrofoam box with the original light cord and 3 green flags. The building is brand new and has never been displayed. It was produced in 1998 and retired in 2000.

The house is complete. Comes with original box, sleeve, new old stock light cord as well. I noticed no chips aside from possibly a paint imperfection inside the house. See the close up of inside the window where the piano hangs. Nothing can touch that spot from the outside so I imagine it was done when made. This is by far the best example I’ve seen in a while. Well taken care of piece. The Dept 56 Christmas In The City Series “Hammerstein Piano Co” 799941 is a rare and complete collectible from 2008. The Department 56 Coca-Cola Soda Fountain Christmas in the City Village 59221. This original piece features a vintage Coca-Cola soda fountain, perfect for any room during the holiday season. Peek through the window to see a couple enjoying a coke with server behind them. Sign on the roof with Santa having one as well. Included is the Dept 56 “Vintage Coca Cola Truck” (56-59428). The building is used but is complete and in very good condition. Building comes with roof sign, ladder, street post sign, outside building lights, light cord and box. Truck box is also included.
