The house is complete. Comes with original box, sleeve, new old stock light cord as well. I noticed no chips aside from possibly a paint imperfection inside the house. See the close up of inside the window where the piano hangs. Nothing can touch that spot from the outside so I imagine it was done when made. This is by far the best example I’ve seen in a while. Well taken care of piece. The Dept 56 Christmas In The City Series “Hammerstein Piano Co” 799941 is a rare and complete collectible from 2008.
