DEPARTMENT 56 STUDIO 1200 SECOND AVE 25TH SILVER ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION EVENT LIMITED EDITION Item. This is a rare replica of the Architects and Engineers Building where Department 56 was once located in Minneapolis, MN. This is a special issue limited edition introduced and created for the year 2001 for Department 56 & The Original Snow Village collection 25. Silver Anniversary celebration held in Minneapolis. To commemorate those twenty-five years, collectors were invited a Silver Anniversary Celebration were special and limited editions were designed and only available at the event just for the momentous occasion. It has a special event stamp on bottom. 4 interior scenes, 3 depicting their products. The Original Snow Village, Snowbabies and The Heritage Village Collection. Size: 9 x 6 x8, item is heavy approx. Xcept for a tiny chip to the lower right base which is hardly noticeable, see photo #2, otherwise PERFECT. Black outer box is in fair condition & inner Styrofoam in excellent condition. This item is considered pre-owned, please review pictures as they are part of the description. In addition to extreme packaging, each item is labeled with fragile, handle with care labels in multiple locations on the box.
