Please take care to only handle by the solid porcelain sections of the building. TWO EXTRA HANGING SIGNS are included. These detachable, very fragile items can frequently be misplaced or broken. You’ll have two “backups” in the event that one of those situations occurs. Dealer’s display item from a glass-enclosed, display cabinet. Box with minimal shelf wear unless otherwise noted. THERE IS NO SLEEVE FOR THIS ITEM! The original styrofoam box is included which is then placed in an exact-fit, cardboard box. We appreciate being contacted for ANY questions, comments or concerns. Our packing team places each collectible box under UV light for 10 minutes per exposed surface, which has been shown to eradicate “germs” on the surface.
