Tested – top of tower can change color. Bulbs for interior light are new. Comes with box (box has flaws/tears). Comes with two small flags to put on outside of tower (believe there are supposed to be four). Tower is quite large, about two feet tall. Ive read where this is the tallest building made by Department 56, but cant confirm. Box is included but has wear and some tears. Introduced 2003 and retired in December 2005. It features several holiday lighting effects, including blueish/white, green and red colors in detachable top section that operate each color on or off on a 4 position pushbutton switch. There are 2 large white interior building bulbs and 8 yellow spotlights located around the top part of the bulding and shine up to illuminate the exterior.
