Inspired by Manhattan’s historic St. Paul’s Chapel-the oldest surviving church building in New York City-it brings Georgian Classic revival architecture to the urban village setting. Key Architectural & Design Details. Hand-painted porcelain structure featuring warm fieldstone-style masonry, contrasting white classic portico columns, and prominent archways. Steeple & Clock Tower. Crowned with a detailed octagonal white clock tower and soaring spire that stands as a tall focal point in a city display. Window & Door Accents: Multi-pane arched windows decorated with festive green holiday wreaths and red ribbon accents around the perimeter. Porch & Entry: Features an elevated front porch entryway flanked by tall columns and grand entrance doors. Approximately 12″ H x 5.75″ W x 12.5 D. Lighting: Includes a standard Department 56 rear-insert 120V switched light cord and bulb to illuminate the windows and clock face interior.

Dept 56 The Majestic Theater Christmas in the City – Limited Edition Boxed 2009 One extremely small chip on the bottom left front of the front of Building. The very small chip (as shown in picture) almost appears as snow and would be easily hidden in setting or fixable. The rest of the building is in excellent condition.
