Department 56 Christmas In The City Series. “Hensly Cadillac & Buick”. This retired collectible piece features a detailed brick-facade dealership. Inside the showroom window, you can see a replica of a. 1932 Cadillac 355B Cabriolet. Includes an interior scene visible through the front window and is officially licensed by GM. Sleeve has gotten wet and has stains on inside of it. Items are from the estate of my brother. He was a General Motors master auto mechanic for over 60 years. He worked for several General Motors New Car Dealerships from 1962 to 1988 in Orange County, CA. He owned his own auto repair shop in Orange, CA. And then in Garden City, ID. From 1993 until his death in June 2025 at age 85. He collected coins, stamps, automobile memorabilia, classic automobiles that he restored, Car Parts for GM Cars, Plastic Model car kits, Diecast Model Cars, Model Trains, Hallmark Ornaments, and other things. I do my best to describe items as accurate as possible.

The Hensly Cadillac and Buick lighted Hometown Auto Dealership sculpture is from the Dept 56 Christmas in the City Village Series, item #56.59235. The sculpture is about 7 inches tall it is about 7 1/4 x 5 1/4. The building has the Dept 56 hallmark on the bottom. The building lights up, and comes with a light cord. Displayed on the showroom floor looks to be a replica of a 1932 Cadillac 355B Cabriolet. This was brought into the collection in 2004 and was retired in 2006. This is NO LONGER AVAILABLE FROM D56. It’s Brand New, Never Displayed, Mint Condition in Original Box. The BOX is NOT Perfect, as pictured. This item was opened for the first time for pictures and was checked for defects and workability. PLEASE NOTE that the outer is in rough condition, and is being held together with tape. IN ADDITION, although it does come with the side of the building hanging light, it does sit a little loose in the hole. Comes with light cord, and appears to be free of any chips.
