Department 56 “DeFazio’s Pizzeria” from their Christmas in the City collection. Introduced in 2002, retired 2004. Never been set up, original plastic still on house as well as the meat hanging from the pizzeria. Accessory people included as well.

Rare piece-small repair on the roof and two sections of the railing are damaged-see photos. Still displays very nicely and not all that noticeable when in use. Keep in mind this is nice but not perfect.

Up for your consideration is. Department 56 Christmas in the City. #59211 lighted building called “Harrison House”. This is a four-story classic townhouse with balconies and wrought iron fence with a gate. The building measures 4.5″ x 4″ x 10.75. It comes in its original styrofoam box and Dept. 56 sleeve which does show a little wear and tear. Also, the original light cord is enclosed as well.
