It was displayed because there was dust on it but there are very minimal scuff marks on the bottom. I did not notice any chips or cracks in the piece. It comes with the original box (that may have some damage from storage), light cord and light bulb. I’m helping clear out three relatives’ homes send coffee! I’m fiscally responsible for the proceeds. That means I have to price items fairly – so please, no low-ball offers. I sell treasures spanning from the 1940s to the present day, though most are pre-1990s. Each item has been carefully inspected for flaws, and I’ve done my best to describe it honestly. My post office closes at 11:30 a. All items come from a smoke-free, pet-free home. Thanks so much for giving these treasures a new home – and for saving them from the dumpster!

“All Saints Corner Church” is from a family member’s personal collection of Dept. 56 and Heritage Village lighted Christmas houses. It is in new condition and has never been used or displayed and it has always been stored in its original box. Comes with the light cord. The box shows some shelf wear. Please see my other Dept 56 and Heritage Village houses for sale. We have an extensive collection of over 135 retired Village houses from the Christmas in the City, Snow Village, Dickens, New England, Alpine and North Pole collections that I will be posting over the next couple of weeks. Most of these houses are also in new condition and have never been displayed.
