The DEPT 56 “Christmas in the City” “ENGINE COMPANY 10″ is a brand-new Christmas village piece featuring a firehouse scene in porcelain material. Part of the Christmas in the City collection by Department 56, this multicolor piece was manufactured in 2011 and is a retired original from the 21st century. Packaged in a Styrofoam box, this American-themed village house is a charming addition to any holiday decor, showcasing the iconic Christmas in the City theme. This is a brand-new NRFB collector piece. The piece has never been removed from the box. I’ve had experience, as well as many of experienced collectors, in the past of taking a piece out of the Styrofoam and it was in there so tight that the Styrofoam either cracked or broke off. I hope you can understand why all of my pictures are taken this way. For those interested, my home is smoke-free and pet-free.

This building is in excellent condition! The flag is in excellent condition and it attaches correctly. The light cord works and it is included. The styrofoam is in great condition. The sleeve shows a little wear on the corners. It will be carefully packaged. A great addition to your Village!
