Parts of the fence are bent and broken. There is also a missing plant on the top balcony. The railing could be broken off the rest of the way and I don’t think that would be as noticeable. Christmas in the City collection.

No chips or cracks. This rare and retired Department 56 Jambalaya Cafe Christmas in the City house building is a unique addition to any collection. The hand-painted porcelain structure features a multicolor Cajun food restaurant with a Louisiana theme, complete with illuminated signs and indoor décor. Measuring 5.75 inches in length, 6.25 inches in width, and 9.25 inches in height, it is suitable for display in any room and perfect for all occasions. The American-style building is part of the Christmas in the City collection and was manufactured in 2006. It comes boxed and is an original piece from China. 56 Christmas In The City “Jambalaya Cafe” 56.59265 Flaw Read 2006 See Pics. Unfortunately whoever originally owned this, i suspect, used the faux wrought iron rail to pull the cafe out of styrofoam and broke off the corner railing on 3rd floor. I was able to reattach the piece that i found with it but there is still 2 small pieces that were not there. Other than that rail, everything else is in excellent condition. The little cafe sign is still in original wrapper and has never been put into holder. There is no outer box only the styrofoam it sets in for storage. I show in last couple of pics, where the railing is off. I also show the damaged styrofoam. I have noticed this is where this particular item gets damaged often. There isnt an easy way to remove it from packing and people end up pulling on the rails.
