Dept 56 The Majestic Theater Christmas in the City – Limited Edition Boxed 2009 One extremely small chip on the bottom left front of the front of Building. The very small chip (as shown in picture) almost appears as snow and would be easily hidden in setting or fixable. The rest of the building is in excellent condition. This piece is part of Dept. 56’s Christmas In The City Series, introduced in the 1980s as part of their Christmas season collectibles. This miniature cityscape casino is alive with holiday spirit. Piece Details: This particular piece, item # 5892-5, is dated 2001 and is in pristine condition. Approximate Measurements: The house is approximately 9 inches tall x 7 inches wide x 5.5 inches deep. Condition: Although pre-owned, this piece is in excellent condition with no noticeable chips, cracks, repairs or blemishes to the figure.
