Overall Good Condition – No chips or cracks – Scarf on Man was broken/reglued – Horse is not in the middle of the sleigh/it is off on the side (this was done at the factory)- Exceptionally clean – Complete Set. Department 56 Christmas In The City Flatiron Building. Rare Dept 56 piece in excellent condition. There are no cracks, chips, or damage of any kind. The box is in good condition as well with only one 1.5 tear at the top on one side of the cardboard sleeve. The inner styrofoam has no cracked of broken pieces. This comes with a single light cord which does a very good job of lighting the building up(see pic), although a double would of course be ideal. It comes out of a smoke free home. I will have this well packed and insured for safe arrival and piece of mind. On roof (almost like they used a liquid snow and this was the overspray). Original Styrofoam Box: Present in Good Condition. Sleeve: Has normal shelf wear and tear – faint water stain – edges wrinkled. Has proper light cord. Photo’s are of actual piece that you will receive. #2591 of 17,500 Pieces Produced. Note: as these are hand painted porcelain, individual nuances do occur—for example—a corner might have been missed being fully painted or you may be able to see brush strokes. This is old store stock. It was probably store displayed. It has been in storage since at least 2008 – probably longer (as they put the last of their items from the closed shops in storage in 2008 – many items were already in storage when they closed the stores). Some of the items are. Brand New with Perfect or near Perfect Original Packaging. New with Minimal Wear or a Minor Flaw to the Packaging such as a faint water stain or have crinkled corners or dimples, a very small amount of yellow age spots may be present or starting.
