Department 56 Nighthawk Building. This building is very rare and highly desired, because with intricate design and inside scene. They have been maintained, not as a collection, but for display each year and have been maintained in their styrofoam box with the cardboard sleeve. The building itself is in perfect condition (in my opinion, not being an expert, but there are no dings, scratches or other imperfections) and the cardboard sleeve as you can see has some signs of wear, having been kept in a sealed bin along with the rest of the collection. I have not noticed any imperfections at all in this building and it is in working condition. Feel free to ask any questions. I hope this will become a cherished part of your collection.
