The Department 56 Parkside Holiday Brownstone from the 2002 Christmas in the City collection is a retired Christmas Village piece. This multicolored building, standing at 10 inches tall, is part of a series designed by Department 56. Displayed and carefully stored each year. Box shows wear from storage. Brownstone and accessories are in great condition. Accessories include snow, lit tree and battery pack, Christmas tree for roof, light for front of building and figure with dog and lights.

Building is complete with dog and boy figurine, lighted tree, roof top tree, bag of snow and front light. The lit tree will either need two batteries or an adapter to work. I tested it with both and it lit up brightly. You will need to provide your own power source. Really nice building take a look at the photos. The photos are from the exact item you will receive.
