Brand new -opened item. It came sealed in a plastic that I opened. The box sleeve has a couple of bent corners due to storage.

Foster Pharmacy from Dept. 56 Christmas in the City collection. No city block is complete without a local pharmacy in your display! Includes house, attachable sign, 3 attachable lights, cord, bulb, styrofoam and box sleeve. In excellent condition with no chips or cracks in the house or attachments. The box has wear in the corners with the start of a tear in one corner (see pic). The only issue of note is that the inside window “glass” (plastic) has detached from one of the windows. It only requires a little glue and some adept fingers to reattach. From smoke free home. 10 x 5 x 5 inches. 13 x 7 x 6.25 inches.

This was a LARGE collection of Department 56. Christmas in the City series, North Pole series, Northwood series, and more!! I’m not sure if it was a dealer close out or a personal collection, but many of these items have all the original packaging so may be NEW or were used for display purposes in the store. IF there are any issues with items, those details will be noted in each listing. Many RARE or Hard to Find buildings and accessories!! This is your opportunity to add pieces to your collection! This listing: Foster Pharmacy #58916. NOTE: there is a chunk missing from back corner. Because of its location by snow, it looks like snow was extended. Please use zoom feature to determine condition for yourself. Box and styrofoam are bit dirty and show shelf wear but do the job of identifying and protecting this item. Building may need good cleaning/dusting. At least on our end!
