Collectible Department 56 Pier 56 East Harbor is Brand new open box and never been taken out of the Styrofoam encasement. I did test the plug and bulb which work. The Collectible has always been in the Styrofoam and never displayed. More photos upon request. Dept 56 Christmas in the City Series. Pier 56 East Harbour # 56.59237. Measures 10″ wide x 5″ deep x 6.75 high. Was introduced in Dec. Highly detailed dockside shop with numerous fragil attachments. Has pulleys, signs, sea gull. Special adapter included, turns on Christmas lights in the front. Box and sleeve have wear from storage. It does have 2 missing pieces, weathervane on top and a sign off of the side of the building. Otherwise no chips or cracks, colors bright and true. Normal wear should be expected. The building measures approx. 7 inches high x 10 inches long x 5 1/2 inches wide. They are in very good displayed condition. The detail is great. The lights are all working. It was replaced with a red flag. The flag looks fine with it. It is a great piece, that will stand out in your Christmas In The City display. 56 collector and it has been stored in a smoke free home. The paper sleeve does have some wear from age and storage. Check out my other auctions for more great Dept. 56 and other items.
