This is the Precinct 56 Police Station set from the Department 56 (Dept 56) Christmas in the City Series. It’s a 2014 hard-to-find release in the lighted buildings line, item No. 4036490, and is a new mint in box (MIB) set. The building has never been removed from the box and is still wrapped in its plastic bag inside the hard foam protective padding. All of the pieces, including the light cord and the American flag, are present and intact in their wrappers. The display box shows very little wear. Two of the bottom corners have creases. The price tag is intact on one side. See the pictures for condition details. All of my action figures, Lego sets, Playmobil sets, Fisher Price, My Little Pony items, Department 56, and other vintage odds and ends come from my personal collection.
