This listing is for a Dept 56 Christmas in the City EAST VILLAGE ROW HOUSES! Beautiful set that includes building, light cord and accessory piece of a couple walking their dogs. Perfect condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. I don’t think it was ever displayed. Comes in the original box and sleeve. Sleeve has wear(see pics) on the edges and corners. It is so pretty lit up(with an atrium on both sides of the tavern) and looks great from the back, as well as the front, with a cozy fire burning. Building is in perfect condition(it does not look like it was ever displayed) with no chips, cracks, or repairs and has the flag(so oftentimes missing with this piece) that inserts into the top of the building.
