This Department 56 Christmas in the City building belongs to a mega Dept. She owns nearly every building in every village – and dearly needs to downsize! This 2004 very fun and beautiful fiber optics lighted building is in pristine condition. It has been gingerly displayed with no chips, cracks, nicks, ticks…………. Or all of the other words used to describe damage. It has been treated with loving kindness over the years and it still retains the original styrofoam box. It is missing the bare leaf tree and bag of snow, BUT does include the child with Santa topiary accessory. This building receives a solid A+!
