Rachael’s is part of the East Village Shops subseries in the City. This 4-story, narrow, green building containing residences and a candy shop. Spire, light and front shrubs are very FRAGILE. Please take care to only handle by the solid porcelain sections of the building. Dealer display shown to potential customers in a glass-enclosed cabinet. Then stored in a climate-controlled, smoke-free stockroom. Box and sleeve with expected shelf wear given the age of this item. Any noted chips, cracks, missing items, or deficits of ANY type will be disclosed here: NONE IDENTIFIED. We use a “ring” lamp to photograph many of our items. If any presumed defects are noted in the photos of any of our pieces, they are likely from the light’s reflection or a stray small flake of Styrofoam that was not noticed during the photo session. Eing mostly a consignment service, our prices are set by each item’s owner. The vast majority of our long-time, serious collectors and former retailers prefer NOT to include this option in their listings. They feel this lessens the value of these very popular collectibles. They attempt to price their listings close to the current, fair, market price and prefer not to be contacted several times for each piece they list with us discussing discounts in a “garage sale” or flea-market type of interaction.
