The house is complete. Comes with original box, sleeve, new old stock light cord as well. I noticed no chips aside from possibly a paint imperfection inside the house. See the close up of inside the window where the piano hangs. Nothing can touch that spot from the outside so I imagine it was done when made. This is by far the best example I’ve seen in a while. Sadly the inside lights do not come on. The fountain lights do work. See pictures of the bottom of building. Also, the tree is not the original tree for this set. Other than that it is in excellent condition.
