Was released in 2003 as part of the Christmas in the City Lighted Items series from the Department 56 collection. This piece was retired in 2006. Includes delicatessen, art gallery, wine cellar, and flower shop. Courtyard on the left with archway entrance. Mint condition piece in original box & sleeve. Item is brand new. Slipcover is bit dented and 1 corner is damaged. Please refer to photos and video. We do our best to capture the item with its condition.
