Dept 56 Christmas in the City Jamison Art Center #59261 Box & Light No Sign 2006 Collector’s Edition. Piece is in excellent condition – no damage. The sign “insert” for the side wall is missing. Includes light cord and original box and foam. Box (paper sleeve) has some wear but is in overall very good condition. Foam has a piece broken off and missing on the side near where your hand would lift the lid off. Foam lid is intact. Limited Edition – #6,428 out of 9,000. Santorini is a popular Greek island with noteworthy restaurants. Light cord with new bulb is included. Please DO NOT handle by columns. It’s tempting to pull on them to remove the building from the styrofoam box. Take care to only handle by the solid porcelain sections of the building. Dealer’s display item from a glass-enclosed, display cabinet. Box / sleeve with minimal shelf wear unless otherwise noted. We recently received almost the entire Christmas in the City, Alpine Village, North Pole, Disney Parks Village series and other Dept 56 villages from a former dealer and serious collector who took great pride in her collection. Rare piece-small repair on the roof and two sections of the railing are damaged-see photos. Still displays very nicely and not all that noticeable when in use. Keep in mind this is nice but not perfect.
