The DEPT 56 “Christmas In The City” EAT IN & TAKE OUT is a brand-new collectible from Department 56. This porcelain village accessory, featuring a multicolor painted finish, is part of the Christmas in the City collection and depicts city life during the early 20th century. With a city-themed design and American style, this original and retired piece is a perfect addition to any holiday and seasonal decor collection. Made in China in 2010, this Christmas accessory comes in its original packaging and is a unique and charming addition to any display. This is a brand-new NRFB collector piece. This piece has never been removed from it’s box. I’ve had experience, as well as many of experienced collectors, in the past of taking a piece out of the Styrofoam and it was in there so tight that the Styrofoam either cracked or broke off. I hope you can understand why all of my pictures are taken this way. For those interested, my home is smoke-free and pet-free.

56 Christmas In The City Series #4030353 I Promise I’ll Take Care Of Them. It is in mint condition. I opened the sealed box to examine and take pictures. I have found no chips or cracks. 2 inches high x 2 1/2 inches long x 1 1/4 inches wide. It is a very scarce piece. It is a really cute piece. It is a great piece, that would look great in your village display. Please check out the pictures! It has been stored in a smoke free home. The paper sleeve is clean. Check out my other auctions for more Dept. 56 and other items! Residents are charged Pa. I will do all I can to resolve any issue. I try to give a very accurate description but sometimes I miss or forget to mention something but never intentionally.

From Department 56’s Christmas in the City collection. Boy pulling box of free puppies. Coordinating accessory for 7400 Beacon Hill. Please take care to only handle by the solid porcelain sections of the accessory, such as the bottom. Removed for inspection and, possible, photos. The box and sleeve are in very good to excellent condition with possible minor shelf wear. We recently received almost the entire Christmas in the City, Alpine Village, North Pole, Disney Parks Village series and other Dept 56 villages from a former dealer and serious collector who took great pride in her collection. In order to list as many pieces as quickly as possible, we may just show the box/sleeve in the photos. We absolutely promise that all buildings and accessories list are in perfect, working condition with all separate attachments included.
