This is in very good condition and comes with original Box, papers and packing. This is in very good condition with no damage. The lights are in good working condition, they flash or stay on solid when pushing the switch. This is 58924 from the Christmas in the City series. Very nice piece that is in great condition. The building stands approx. 24 inches high x 8 inches long x 5 1/2 inches wide. It had been displayed and was well cared for. I have found no chips or cracks on the building. The detail is really great on this piece. It comes with it’s original light cord. All three light colors can change from red, green and white are working well. The top yellow spot lights are also working well. The top spire one of the little pegs came off, the glue had dried out when I placed it on to take the pictures, then took it off. It is included and can be glued back on but, I will leave that for you because my eyes aren’t what they use to be. The four little flags for the front and back of the building are included. It is a must have piece for your Christmas In The City display. It has been stored in a smoke free home. The paper box has a tear near the top that has been taped. 56 Christmas In The City #56.59207 Empire State Building. The building stands 23 1/2 inches high x 8 1/2 inches long x 6 inches wide. It has been displayed and is in very good condition. The paint is in good condition there are no chips or cracks. THE TOP SPIRE ONE OF THE PLASTIC MOUNTING TABS HAS BROKEN OFF AND IS STILL IN THE BASE, it still sets fine and is not noticeable if you have fine pliers you may be able to get it out and glue it back on but, as I said it still displays nicely. I have noticed that this is a common problem with this piece. It was retired in 2005. It has a button control that can change the top light from white to green or red. It is a great piece with wonderful detail that is hard to find. It does comes with the four little American flags. Also included is a information book about the Empire State building. The paper sleeve is complete there were two small tears near the top that have been taped with clear tape.
