This extraordinary building belongs to a mega collector of everything Department 56 and past San Diego chapter president. She owns thousands of pieces in 6 different villages and could not possibly display everything. It is dearly time to downsize! This is the highly sought Nighthawks 4050911 building! It was released in 2016 and retired two years later in 2018. It is a BRAND NEW piece in its original box and has never. The box has a slight amount of shelf wear, but the inside contents are pristine. I had to open it for inspection and photographs. I used an extra light cord I have to display the illumination on the building and did not disturb the original cord. As you know this piece is hand painted. The lighted cafe is perfect. You may recognize the scene as it was inspired by the famous painting by Edward Hopper. Comes from a smoke and pet free environment.
