The DEPT 56 “Christmas in the City” – “THE ROXY” building is a brand new collectible porcelain piece that is part of the 21st Century Christmas Village collection by Department 56. This multicolored American-themed building was manufactured in 2011 and features a painted finish, making it a charming addition to any holiday display. The ROXY building is part of the Christmas In The City series, with a nostalgic design that captures the essence of Christmas celebrations in an urban setting. This is a brand-new NRFB collector piece. The piece has never been removed from the box. I’ve had experience, as well as many of experienced collectors, in the past of taking a piece out of the Styrofoam and it was in there so tight that the Styrofoam either cracked or broke off.
