Dept56 Lenox China Shop. Christmas in the City Series # 56.59263. This piece is Brand New but i did remove the tape to inspect it. The Sleeve has some wrinkles and it appears something was spilled on the sleeve at the bottom. You can see what im talking about in photo.

The DEPT 56 “Christmas in the City” FRANGO’S FOR YOU & I was a special edition only offered thru Marshall Field’s Department Stores from Department 56. This multicolor porcelain village piece, featuring a painted finish, is part of the Christmas in the City collection and was manufactured in 2004. This American-themed Christmas village, with a unique design and original packaging, is a must-have for collectors of holiday and seasonal decor. This is a brand-new NRFB collector piece. The piece has never been removed from the box. I’ve had experience, as well as many of experienced collectors, in the past of taking a piece out of the Styrofoam and it was in there so tight that the Styrofoam either cracked or broke off. I hope you can understand why all of my pictures are taken this way. For those interested, my home is smoke-free and pet-free.

This Department 56 Christmas in the City Yankee Stadium captures the historic 1923 “House That Ruth Built” in wonderful detail. The stadium is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or broken pieces. One of the flags has chips along its top as shown in the last pictures. Up for your consideration is. Department 56 Christmas in the City. #58945 building called “The University Club”. The classic exterior design of this building brings to mind the exclusive athletic club that offers a relaxed approach to working out with a spa, lounge, club room, and salon. But this club also offers squash, tennis, or you can swim laps in the pool. The building measures approximately 3.5″ long x 5.5″ wide x 9.5 tall. It comes in its original styrofoam box with the original light cord and 3 green flags. The building is brand new and has never been displayed. It was produced in 1998 and retired in 2000.
