The piece has never been removed from the box. I’ve had experience, as well as many of experienced collectors, in the past of taking a piece out of the Styrofoam and it was in there so tight that the Styrofoam either cracked or broke off. The stadium is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or broken pieces. One of the flags has chips along its top as shown in the last pictures.
