Department 56 Flatiron Building Christmas In The City Series With Box New York. Pre-owned in the original styrofoam box and cardboard sleeve. There is shelf wear to the cardboard sleeve and some damage to the styrofoam box. Light tested and does work. Remove the building from the styrofoam box and under is where the light cord is stored and the small piece that goes on the top of the building, that piece is removable. It was displayed because there was dust on it but there are very minimal scuff marks on the bottom. I did not notice any chips or cracks in the piece. It comes with the original box (that may have some damage from storage), light cord and light bulb. I’m helping clear out three relatives’ homes send coffee!
