56 A Christmas Story #809430 “The Uptown Theater “. The Theater stands approx. 9 inches high x 7 inches long x 7 inches wide. It has been displayed and was well cared for. I have found no chips or cracks. The detail is great. 56 collector and has been stored in a smoke free home. The thin paper box does show wear on the top and edges from age and storage.
