The house is complete. Comes with original box, sleeve, new old stock light cord as well. I noticed no chips aside from possibly a paint imperfection inside the house. See the close up of inside the window where the piano hangs. Nothing can touch that spot from the outside so I imagine it was done when made. This is by far the best example I’ve seen in a while. 56 Christmas In The City “Caffe’ Tazio ” #56.59253. It is in very good displayed condition. It comes with anywhere lighting. I have found no chips or cracks. The previous owner broke the back lamp over the door in the back of the building, he told me when he was putting it away for the season and forgot about it. He bought a silver replacement one that looks great with it. The broken one is included, if you have a steady hand you could repair it. A regular light cord collar is included but a light cord is NOT, Dept. 56 didn’t include one with it. The detail is great. It measures 9 inches high x 5 1/2 inches long x 4 1/2 inches wide. It is a great for display in your village. Every village needs a coffee shop. It has been stored in a smoke free home. The sleeve is clean.
