Common to other listings of this same house, the paint on the awnings shows cracking. This Department 56 building comes with the original cordless lighting system and a bracket to allow a corded bulb. The original owner used the standard bulb bracket to connect the house to a multi-socket cord. As you can see, this kept the battery contacts in excellent condition. The side railing was broken but has been re-glued and is holding. Some of the paint flaked off this railing. Background trees not included.
