The piece has never been removed from the box. I’ve had experience, as well as many of experienced collectors, in the past of taking a piece out of the Styrofoam and it was in there so tight that the Styrofoam either cracked or broke off. I hope you can understand why all of my pictures are taken this way. For those interested, my home is smoke-free and pet-free.

The classic exterior design of this building brings to mind the exclusive athletic club that offers a relaxed approach to working out with a spa, lounge, club room, and salon. But this club also offers squash, tennis, or you can swim laps in the pool. The building measures approximately 3.5″ long x 5.5″ wide x 9.5 tall. It comes in its original styrofoam box with the original light cord and 3 green flags. The building is brand new and has never been displayed. It was produced in 1998 and retired in 2000.

The house is complete. Comes with original box, sleeve, new old stock light cord as well. I noticed no chips aside from possibly a paint imperfection inside the house. See the close up of inside the window where the piano hangs. Nothing can touch that spot from the outside so I imagine it was done when made. This is by far the best example I’ve seen in a while.
