For your consideration, from the Christmas in the City Series, The Times Tower, NIB and sighed by the designer, Scott R. Carter at Dept56 1999 gathering in NY. Inspired by the times tower in times Square. Includes numerals that can be substituted for those atop the building. Set of 3 includes, the Tower the New Year’s Kiss and confetti. Hard to find signed by the Dept56 designer. Never displayed, ball works great. Only issue is tear in lid.
