Dept 56 Christmas In The City THE FOX THEATRE NEW IN BOX Retired and Rare
If you are looking specifically for the Department 56 Fox Theater, you already know this is a retired collector’s item. When they retired, and I saw the value increasing, I kept the last one in the box unopened. Recovering from 2020 has been a challenge, so I must part with this beautiful piece – much as I don’t want to. The item was just opened for creation of this listing so I could confirm and document that all is functioning correctly and the item is in pristine NIB condition. As is the case with the neon, there is a slight buzzing sound characteristic of this particular item. Not loud or offensive, but when you hear it, there is nothing wrong with the unit. Department 56 Marshall Field’s Frango Candy Shop 56.06300 2004 Rare
Special edition Department 56 Christmas Village house made for Marshall Field’s department store to honor their iconic Frango candies. Made in 2004 and hard to find. This one is in pre-owned condition. The box shows some wear (see photos), but the house is in excellent condition — no chips, cracks or wear that I was able to find. It comes with a working lamp (that you place inside) as well as the original packaging. From a smoke free home. Dept 56 Christmas in the City Coca-Cola Soda Fountain #59221 Used. Works as it should and is complete with all removable parts and light. The back of the box has some minor water damaged but is intact, and the box does have a musty odor. This was a donation to our non profit, and was donated with 25 other village pieces. Check back over the next few months for other village pieces. I will try to get them listed long before the Christmas rush.
