Department 56 – Christmas in the City – Christmas at Lakeside Park Pavillion. This Christmas in the City building is in great pre-loved condition. There are no damages, chips, missing pieces or marks to note on the building itself. It has only very minimal signs of any use at all. Even the base is nice and clean. It comes complete, with its original adapter, and in its original box. The box does have some wear from use and storage, but is in good condition and still fully functional. The skating rink functions perfectly well and has been thoroughly tested. This building comes with three skating figures, which circle around the rink, as intended. The single skating girl is, unfortunately, missing her extended leg, as pictured. Please carefully review the photos as they are an important part of the description.
