I have 14 buildings and 8 accessories. I took them out of their boxes 5 times since 1991. All of them are in pristine condition and have everything that came with them. They are in original boxes except for the Reindeer Barn that didn’t come with a box. They are originally wrapped and I have the lightbulbs that go with them. All of the lights on the city tree work perfectly. I’ve taken a photo of the tree to show how everything is wrapped in the boxes. They are all from Gottschalks where I used to work and you can see the original prices. I’ve looked into several of these and the prices held well.
